Terms of Service
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Joe Smart, who operates MeetMyRep (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using a booking link you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. What MeetMyRep is
MeetMyRep lets sales reps share a booking link so customers can choose a time to meet, and sends calendar invitations and emails about those meetings. We provide the tool. We are not a party to any meeting or arrangement between a rep and a customer.
2. Accounts
- Reps must give accurate information and keep their password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and use MeetMyRep for business purposes.
- Tell us right away at support@meetmyrep.app if you think someone else has used your account.
3. How you may use it
You agree not to:
- break the law, or send messages to people you have no legitimate business reason to contact;
- send spam, or invite people who have asked not to be contacted;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to share;
- try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service, or access information that is not yours.
Reps are responsible for the customer information they collect through their booking links and for using it lawfully.
4. Connecting Outlook (optional)
A rep may connect a Microsoft Outlook calendar. It is optional and can be removed at any time. We use the access only as described in the Privacy Policy. Some organizations restrict this kind of connection; if yours does, calendar features may be unavailable, and the emailed calendar invitations continue to work. Microsoft's own terms apply to your Microsoft account. We are not responsible for outages or limits on Microsoft's side.
5. Customers who book
Information a customer enters goes to the rep they are booking with. Times shown may change, and a booking is an arrangement between the customer and the rep; we do not guarantee that a meeting will take place.
6. Cost
MeetMyRep may be free for some or all users, for example while it is in testing. If we start to charge, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you can stop using the service instead.
7. Your information
You keep ownership of the information you put into MeetMyRep. You give us permission to store and use it only as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. The service “as is”
We work to keep MeetMyRep running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Emails and calendar invitations can be delayed, filtered, or fail to arrive, and calendars can differ from what you expect, so please double-check important meetings.
9. Limit of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or missed meetings, and our total responsibility to you for anything related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or US$100. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using MeetMyRep at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service must be changed or shut down; we will give notice where we reasonably can.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell reps by email if a change is significant. Using MeetMyRep after a change means you accept it.
